As we close out 2022, we want to express our gratitude and best wishes to Barbara as she leaves Ideal-tek. Barbara has been with us for 15 years and we wish her all the best in her future projects.
We are thrilled to announce that Giuseppe Leonardi will be taking over as Ideal-tek's CFO. Giuseppe has extensive experience in production environments, having worked for multinational corporations in various industries. He has held roles with both controlling and financial responsibilities in Switzerland and Italy.
We are confident that Giuseppe's background and expertise will be a valuable asset to our company, as a strong business culture is essential to thrive in today's competitive market.
As a reminder, Ideal-tek will be closed from December 24th to January 8th.

As part of this process, we have refreshed our branding, including updating our color scheme and logo. Additionally, we have used a series of illustrations to better understand the industries and environments where our products are used by professionals.
Embracing change is crucial to achieving our goals and building strong partnerships. After all, as the saying goes, "change is the only constant."
