Sealed polyester swabs have strong sealed edges that prevent the dispersion of fibres or particles in cleanroom and precision cleaning operations. Acid-resistant and solvent-resistant, Ideal-tek swabs have the lowest values on the market in terms of ionic particles and non-volatile contaminants. Their shape is ideal for vigorous rubbing around irregular or raised edges.
Sealed foam swabs are free from adhesives or binders to protect delicate processes from particle dissipation or fibre loss. The open cell structure of medical grade reticulated foam (100 ppi) provides excellent particle trapping, ensuring the best solvent retention for medical device cleaning applications.
