High Precision Pliers

Multi-purpose hand tools with opposing jaws, pliers are used for gripping, bending, adjusting and straightening wires and different materials. With ergonomic handles featuring a soft gripping surface, the Ergo-tek High Precision Pliers offer increased comfort and safety.
The ESD-safe Bi-component grips provide a safer and more comfortable size, while the rounded profile complies with ergonomics recommendations. Despite their great adaptability to different tasks, the pliers are manufactured to different specifications to meet defined tasks with efficiency.
The Ergo-tek Slim line completes the range of high precision pliers with a set of lighter and slimmer precision instruments recommended for small hands.

Precision pliers: engineered for repeatable accuracy

Ideal-tek high precision pliers deliver controlled, repeatable manipulation of small components. Each model is manufactured from high quality ball bearing steel and brought to 45-48 HRC through pyrometer-controlled inductive hardening, and every production lot is verified through metallographic and hardness profile analysis.
The jaw keeps its shape and tolerance through repeated use in electronics, medical device manufacturing, watchmaking, jewelry and precision assembly work.
Precision pliers for electronics benefit from the 2-component ESD-safe handles,which keep static discharge away from the component being gripped, bent or positioned.
Ergo-tek Slim handles let operators match grip diameter to hand size and application. Within this range, the Snipe Nose Pliers family (ES6021, ES6022, ES6023, ES6023S, ES6023B, ES6024, ES6024S, ES6025) is documented for electronic assembly and rework as well as fine jewellery.
