Ceramic Replaceable Tip Tweezers
Ceramic is a non-metallic and non-scratching material, free from contamination and resistant to high temperature, wear and solder. Replaceable aligned tips in Zirconia (MZ) and ESD safe-static ceramic (ZJ) are ideal to wield fragile and scratch-sensitive components in electronic device manufacturing and repair.
REPLACEABLE CERAMIC TIPS FOR TWEEZERS (MZ)
From zirconia high strength and alumina high hardness, replaceable tips offer stability at low and high temperature, resistance to wear, abrasion and corrosion, electrical insulation and chemical inertia. With its non-open porosity and the relatively low density, Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) offer a very hard surface, good flexural strength and fracture toughness, ideal in soldering processes, and for the proper handling of components during electronic device manufacture and repair.
REPLACEABLE ESD CERAMIC TIPS FOR TWEEZERS (ZJ)
Nearly chemically inert and extremely resistant to corrosion, ZTA tweezer tips are safe to work with ESD static dissipative material in electronic device manufacturing and repairing. Good flexural strength and fracture toughness along with excellent thermal properties and high temperature stability, relatively low density and non-open porosity. Typical applications include handling of EOS/ESD sensitive components, and general applications requiring very rigid non-scratching tips.

Ceramic tip tweezers: features and benefits
Our ceramic replaceable tip tweezers are crafted from Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA), an advanced material known for its unique combination of strength (from zirconia) and hardness (from alumina). This composition results in tweezers with a relatively low density, no open porosity, and a very hard surface, ensuring exceptional abrasion and wear resistance. The tweezers exhibit excellent flexural strength and fracture toughness, making them ideal for rigorous use.The thermal properties of these tweezers are noteworthy, offering high temperature stability. They are extremely resistant to corrosion and are almost chemically inert, making them suitable for use in environments involving soldering processes and handling components during thermal and chemical processes.
ESD ceramic tip tweezers
Some of the models you see above are ESD-Safe (Electrostatic Discharge), a specialized variant perfect for handling EOS/ESD sensitive components. These tweezers feature ESD-Safe static dissipative material, ensuring safe handling of components during thermal, chemical, and soldering processes. Each model in our collection is meticulously designed with precise measurements for length, tip width, and thickness, ensuring accuracy for the most delicate tasks. Our replaceable tips ensure longevity and adaptability, making these tweezers a cost-effective and sustainable choice for professionals.
