Ceramic Replaceable Tip Tweezers

They feature alignable replaceable tips with stainless steel handles. Ceramic tip tweezers: features and benefits
Our ceramic replaceable tip tweezers are crafted from Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA), an advanced material known for its unique combination of strength (from zirconia) and hardness (from alumina). This composition results in tweezers with a relatively low density, no open porosity, and a very hard surface, ensuring exceptional abrasion and wear resistance. The tweezers exhibit excellent flexural strength and fracture toughness, making them ideal for rigorous use.The thermal properties of these tweezers are noteworthy, offering high temperature stability. They are extremely resistant to corrosion and are almost chemically inert, making them suitable for use in environments involving soldering processes and handling components during thermal and chemical processes.
