Ceramic Replaceable Tip Tweezers

Zirconia ceramic tips (MZ) and ESD-safe ceramic tips (ZJ) are contamination free tools offering optimal resistance to high temperature, wear and solder. Strong stainless steel handles with replaceable aligned tips in ceramic are ideal for careful handling of glass parts and fragile components, and applications requiring resistance to high temperature in Life Science&Microscopy work.
REPLACEABLE CERAMIC TIPS FOR TWEEZERS (MZ)
Non-metallic and non-scratching, tweezer tips in Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) combine zirconia high strength and alumina hardness. Thanks to the non-open porosity and the relatively low density, the material offers a very hard surface, with good flexural strength and fracture toughness. Stable at low and high temperature, resistant to wear, abrasion and corrosion, electrically insulating and nearly chemically inert, tweezer tips in Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) are used for the proper handling of components during thermal and chemical processes and for all applications requiring very rigid extremities in Life Science&Microscopy.
REPLACEABLE ESD CERAMIC TIPS FOR TWEEZERS (ZJ)
Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) is a superior combination of high strength (from zirconia) and high hardness (from alumina). The combination of good flexural strength and fracture toughness offers excellent thermal properties and high temperature stability. The relatively low density and the non-open porosity improve hardness and resistance to wear and abrasion. Almost chemically inert and extremely resistant to corrosion, ZJ tweezer tips are safe to work with ESD static dissipative material. Typical applications include handling of EOS/ESD sensitive components, handling of components during thermal, chemical and soldering processes, and general applications requiring very rigid non-scratching tips in Life Science&Microscopy.
