High Precision Pliers

Pliers are multi-purpose hand tools with opposing jaws, essential for gripping, bending, adjusting and straightening wires and soft metals. Ergo-tek high precision pliers feature ESD ergonomic handles with a soft bi-component gripping surface.
The secure grip increases comfort and safety, while the rounded profile offers an ergonomic support during production and repair of medical device. The Ergo-tek Slim line completes the range of high precision pliers with a set of lighter and slimmer precision instruments recommended for small hands.
Despite their great adaptability to different tasks, the pliers can be manufactured to specifications during the production or repair of medical devices.

  • 2 handle sizes: Ergo-tek (E) and Ergo-tek slim (ES) to custom fit personal preference and application
  • Dual leaf springs made of stainless steel

  • Nuts made of hardened alloy steel to resist high cutting load.

Precision pliers: engineered for repeatable accuracy

Ideal-tek high precision pliers deliver controlled, repeatable manipulation of small components. Each model is manufactured from high quality ball bearing steel and brought to 45-48 HRC through pyrometer-controlled inductive hardening, and every production lot is verified through metallographic and hardness profile analysis.
The jaw keeps its shape and tolerance through repeated use in electronics, medical device manufacturing, watchmaking, jewelry and precision assembly work.
Precision pliers for electronics benefit from the 2-component ESD-safe handles,which keep static discharge away from the component being gripped, bent or positioned.
