Ceramic Replaceable Tip Tweezers
Replaceable aligned tips in Zirconia(MZ) and ESD safe-static ceramic (ZJ) are ideal to handle ceramic, glass and fragile components in medical device manufacturing and repairing. Contamination free and resistant to high temperature, wear and solder, ceramic is a non-metallic and non-scratching material.
REPLACEABLE CERAMIC TIPS FOR TWEEZERS (MZ)
Superior combination of high strength ensuing from zirconia and high hardness from alumina, stable at low and high temperature, resistant to wear, abrasion and corrosion, electrically insulating and nearly chemically inert. The non-open porosity and the relatively low density of the material offer a very hard surface, with good flexural strength and fracture toughness. Tweezer tips in Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) are typically used when very rigid extremities are required, in soldering processes, and for the proper handling of components during medical device manufacturing and repairing.
REPLACEABLE ESD CERAMIC TIPS FOR TWEEZERS (ZJ)
Good flexural strength and fracture toughness along with excellent thermal properties and high temperature stability, relatively low density and non-open porosity. Nearly chemically inert and extremely resistant to corrosion, ZJ tweezer tips are safe to work with ESD static dissipative material in medical device manufacturing and repairing. Typical applications include handling of EOS/ESD sensitive components, and general applications requiring very rigid non-scratching tips.
